Jeremi is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in taxation for individuals, partnerships, LLC, and corporations. His responsibilities have included entity formation, consulting, building GAAP and FAR compliant accounting systems, accounting system migration, and payroll management. He has extensive experience in multiple industries including government contractors, medical practices, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail. He is a member of the AICPA, and the Virginia State Board of Accountancy.

Chris is a graduate of James Madison University, with a degree in finance. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation for corporations, and individuals. He has extensive knowledge in budgeting, bookkeeping, internal controls, payroll set up and tax preparation, Davis-Bacon wage compliance, and entity formations. His industry experience includes manufacturing, real estate, retail, and government contracting.
